Returns Policy: Due to the unique nature of our bikes and the fact that they are custom builds... we do not allow returns on full bikes. If you are unhappy with your order or had a change of mind, you can send it back to us at your own cost. Upon inspection, we will refund your total order cost less the original delivery charge and less €50 administration, assembly and disassembly contribution.
Defective Part Policy: In the unlikely event that you have a defective part, and if it is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will warranty the part and send you a new one at our own cost. We will do our best to remedy all issues, but we accept no responsibility for parts damaged from neglegent assembly, misuse, abuse, accident or general wear & tear. However, we do offer to replace any broken or damaged parts at our lowest possible rates, to the original owner for 1 year.
Component Part Colours: Our online configurator displays the closest match to the real life colour, that our design team can create. The actual colour of our component parts may vary slightly from the what is displayed on your configurator. Different computers also have different screens and are set to different brightness settings, which may also impact on the colour displayed. For the exact colours of our parts please check out our Gallery page. If there is any particular component part or colour that you would like to see and can't find in the gallery, please email us at email@example.com.
Required assembly upon arrival: Your bike is partially disassembled for shipment and packed in a heavyweight shipping carton. Although packed for shipment, your Funked Up Fixie will still arrive approximately 90% assembled. Generally, assembly will require attaching pedals, front wheel, handlebars, Grips and Saddle. You'll need some basic tools to finish building your bike. For proper assembly and safety, it is highly recommended to have the reassembly of your bicycle completed by a professional bicycle mechanic. Did you know Pedals are side specific? The Right Pedal is different The Left Pedal? The right pedal attaches to the crank by screwing in a Clockwise direction. The left Pedal is attached by turning the pedal axle in an Anti-Clockwise direction. Funked up Fixies accepts no responsibility for injury or damage caused by negligent assembly. We highly recomend regular check ups and maintainance of your bike to keep it in a safe working condition.
